Ingredients: 

  • 2 Part Watermelon Agua
  • 1 Fresh Squeezed Lime
  • 1/2 Part Simple
  • 2 Sprigs of Mint
  • 1 Part Gin

Directions:

  • Release Mint oils, then add into shaker with rest of ingredients. 
  • Shake with ice.
  • Pour into glass rinsed with Absinthe (optional)

  • Dewar’s 12
  • Galangal
  • Bee pollen
  • Lime
  • Frank’s spicy cream ginger ale
  • Yarrow
  • Fermented orange bitters.

Ingredients: 

  • 2.5 oz. Stalk & Barrel Red Blend
  • 10 mint leaves, plus a sprig for garnish
  • 1.5 tsps. superfine sugar
  • Seltzer water
  • Crushed ice

Directions:

  • Muddle mint and sugar in a copper glass.
  • Add a splash of seltzer water, fill the glass ¾ full with crushed ice and add Stalk & Barrel Red Blend.
  • Top with another splash of seltzer, stir and garnish with a sprig of mint.

  • 4.5 cl (1.5 oz.) Calvados
  • 1.5 cl (0.5 oz.) Rose syrup
  • 1 slice of Ginger
  • 6 Raspberries
  • 1.5 cl (0.5 oz.) Lime Juice
