Ingredients:
- 2 Part Watermelon Agua
- 1 Fresh Squeezed Lime
- 1/2 Part Simple
- 2 Sprigs of Mint
- 1 Part Gin
Directions:
- Release Mint oils, then add into shaker with rest of ingredients.
- Shake with ice.
- Pour into glass rinsed with Absinthe (optional)

- Galangal
- Bee pollen
- Lime
- Frank’s spicy cream ginger ale
- Yarrow

Ingredients:
- 2.5 oz. Stalk & Barrel Red Blend
- 10 mint leaves, plus a sprig for garnish
- 1.5 tsps. superfine sugar
- Seltzer water
- Crushed ice
Directions:
- Muddle mint and sugar in a copper glass.
- Add a splash of seltzer water, fill the glass ¾ full with crushed ice and add Stalk & Barrel Red Blend.
- Top with another splash of seltzer, stir and garnish with a sprig of mint.
