A NOTE FROM THE BRIDE-TO-BE:

Eric and I both moved to Beaufort after wanting a change from our crazy city lives. We met November of 2013 shortly after both moving here. A year after we met Eric wanted to surprise me with a fun date. I woke up one morning with a note on my pillow telling me that I had a full day of surpises ahead of me. I spent all day going from the nail salon, the hair stylists, lunch with my bestfriend (where Eric and I met), having my makeup done, and finally found my way to our favorite bench downtown on Bay St. Eric was waiting for me with flowers and told me he was driving me to a surprise dinner! We found ourselves on Fripp Island and he walked me to a picnic set on the beach. Not too much later I was given my final note of the day to look down and see Eric down on one knee! I was so shocked I couldn’t help but cry and scream out “absolutely!” My sister popped out of the bushes with a camera- after a quick photoshoot I was rushed off to another surprise! My entire family (from all over) was there along with all of our closest friends! It truly was a night to remember and an amazing way to start our lives together! We are so excited to begin our lives in Beaufort!
